Evaluation Services: During your evaluation at our clinic, you will participate in an extensive interview process and complete questionnaires designed to provide us with a detailed description of your concerns. We will directly measure attention using computerized continous performance tests. Finally, we will conduct a Quantitative EEG procedure developed and patented by Dr. Monastra and Dr. Joel Lubar. This process was approved by the FDA for use in the diagnosis of ADHD in 2013. It is particularly helpful in clarifying whether the "ADHD" symptoms are due to medical conditions (including ADHD) or are a function of psychological/motivational factors.

Once our initial evaluation is completed, we will review the results with you and provide you with a detailed report. We will help coordinate appropriate medical evaluation by our medical staff or your physician in order to rule out other medical causes of chronic attention problems. We will also recommend screenings for hearing and visual problems as indicated.

Treatment Services: Our comprehensive program includes individualized attention training at home or at our clinic (EEG biofeedback), parenting classes, social skills classes, counseling for teens and young adults to successfully transition to college, and coaching to help adults have more satisfying relationships and careers. We work closely with our clinic's medical staff as well as, community physicians and school districts to assess medication response and develop effective IEP's and 504 Plans.
