Dr. Vince Monastra serves as the director of the clinic and provides and supervises all evaluation and treatment procedures. He is internationally recognized as an expert in the diagnosis and treatment of ADHD, and is the author of numerous scientific papers, an award winning book for parents (Parenting Children with ADHD: 10 Lessons that Medicine Cannot Teach) and a guidebook for clinicians (Unlocking the Potential of Patients with ADHD: A Model for Clinical Practice). His innovative approach to diagnosis and treatment earned him recognition in Reader's Digest's "Medical Breakthrough's" edition in 2004. In 2013, the FDA approved the QEEG process developed and patented by Dr. Monastra and Dr. Joel Lubar for use in diagnosing ADHD.
Dr. Monastra's comprehensive approach to treatment has been documented in a training video published by the American Psychological Association. He has dedicated his career to the care of over 15,000 children, teens and adults with ADHD and other medical conditions known to impair attention.
